Summerside residence suited the needs of our large group. We were able to meet in the downstairs dining room/ lobby area and the outside swimming pool was welcome and well utilized in the heat of Negombo. Our hosts were eager to please, cutting up fruit for us and generally going out of their way to accomodate our needs.

Beoordeeld met 5 van de 5 sterren verry nice hotel Were guests at Summerside residence. We had a 3 person room [very large room]. Everything was very clean and nice shower and enough hot water. It was a very good extensive breakfast. The owner and his wife were very friendly and helpful, even the suitcases were brought upstairs. We spent 2 night, the staff was very nice, friendly and smiling! We loved the swimming pool and the view at the small river ( watch out at the varano!!!!) Very close to the beach and restaurants, 15 minutes far from the beautiful fish market by Tuk Tuk.

I absolutely loved my stay at Woodnest Summerside. Dinesh is an absolute gem and went above and beyond to look after me, he even helped me out with my visa when I had issues and let me in when I arrived very early in the morning after a long night bus. The beds are incredibly comfy and the pool was amazing. Staff were all so helpful. Excellent value for money, I highly recommend staying here!

Breakfast was delicious, the staff are very friendly and welcoming. Addressed our concerns well and have good knowledge of the local area and srilanka. Price was very reasonable. Beds were comfy (except no duvet provided) and rooms had good AC. Had a balcony with a view and also had a nice little swimming pool.

Everything was perfect for us during our stay. We had a very late night check in and requested a late check out and the manager said it's not an issue. Next morning we were greeted by the owner and shared a very nice conversation with us. He helped us buy fish from market and even kept the fish in their freezers till the time we check out. And he even extended our check out time till late evening with no extra charge. We stayed till 6 pm in this lovely place. Most of the afternoon we were in the lovely swimming pool while enjoying their delicious dishes. We will return to this place again.

The accommodation was very cozy and comfortable. The location is very close to the beach and just a short walk to all restaurants and the Main Street. But what made our stay so extraordinary was the wonderful and caring staff, their recommendations and advices regarding our itinerary really helped us planning our vacation. My stay at this hotel was exceptional. The room was incredibly comfortable, and the beds were just perfect for a good night's sleep. The pool was also very comfortable, providing a relaxing atmosphere. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive, going above and beyond to assist us in getting to the bus station and explaining step by step how to reach Sigiriya. Everything was just perfect. Highly recommended!

The owner was very kind and accommodating to our needs. He went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and is doing a lot of good things in the community both will orphaned kids and stray dogs. Definitely stay here either at the beginning or end of your time in Sri Lanka. Good location, clean and a cool swimming pool . Good value for money 😊

We loved our stay at Woodnest Summerside. The staff are very welcoming and the owner in particular went out of his way to show us around and make our stay wonderful. He is doing something wonderful with this hotel that helps fund needed medical support for children who are differently-abled. It's located in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance to the beach and restaurants.
